BEACH CLEAN UP FOR EPILEPSY AWARENESS MONTH

Start your morning with a breathtaking sunrise yoga flow to wake up your body and mind, then join the community in a beach cleanup at Ala Moana to spread aloha and care for our island. We’ll finish strong with a high-energy speed & agility beach workout led by local coaches.

Join one event or all three, as we come together for epilepsy awareness and community impact. We will also share seizure first aid tips for all to be prepared to help someone in need. This day is all about movement, mission, and community—bringing people together to celebrate Epilepsy Awareness Month, support one another, and give back to the place we call home.
